I finally did it. I was actually bored enough with nothing else to do divide up all the cleric spells into the cleric Domains to treat the 3E spells like 2E Spheres. The idea here is so that clerics of different deities have different spell lists.
Clerics still pick two Domains of their deity for the Domain powers. Healing Domain has been changed to Life Domain, and its special ability is free Augment Healing feat. Clerics keep their extra Domain slot which becomes a regular slot. If it matters that a particular spell be cast from a Domain slot, such as Radiant Servant Of Pelor, for those purposes one spell slot per spell level would be designated as a Domain slot use.
Clerics get all spells of all Domains of his deity but only the spells of those Domains. For deities with very few Domains for normal clerics, it is suggested the DM add a few more Domains that would be appropriate. Not all Domains are equal. Some have lots of spells, others quite few. The All sphere from 2E returns as the All Domain. These are the spells that every cleric will have and do not count against the deity of few Domains when adding more Domains. Cure/Inflict Wounds spells are purposely in the All Domain to reflect spontaneous casting. Spontaneous curing was the best thing 3E did for cleric, and I refuse to accept any change of clerics that take away that ability. Since all clerics get the All Domain which has the Cure Wounds spells, spontaneous curing remains. A Favored Soul would pick his spells from All or any Domain of his deity.
At the moment this is only for PHB spells and PHB Domains. Spell Compendium and its Domains are for a later time. Some spells are in more than one Domain. Spells that were in a Domain list but not normal cleric spells or at least same level remain in their original Domain.

Good work?
Sorry, the tabbing is all screwed up and the list isn't real readable (though the intent is pretty clear). I've done the same, though w/ different spheres (left in necromancy)... Did that once to run 2e clerics in a 3e game (along w/ druid spells to get rid of the codzilla effect)....

I like the idea (been meaning to do the same thing myself), but the table formatting makes that hard to read

I have this in a spreadsheet for easier reading. Anyone interested in it just let me know, and I'll email it to you.
