I recently purchased the Dragron Mountain box set, and I was a little disappointed with a few things, but first I will list the all the good things for you people who don't have it because I do recomend getting it.

The player handouts are great the maps are good a little big but good, the first book of the set was a great little story and plan to use it in my campaign.

The second and third books is what I have promblem with I don't want to give too much info away for those players who might be playing in this adventure at present but I thought it was a little lame, although a cool concept, but I would have choosen a diffrent race for the story anyways I know I can change anything i want and I plan to but the reason I was writting this thread is I wanted some advice or maybe some idea sharing if that is ok.

First question is I have a small playing area and the maps of the dungeon are to big for me too spread out on the table I don't want to cut them and I have tried folding them but that dosen't work out very well and trying to make copies is a hassle with kinko's or any other print shop for that matter for copyright reasons whch I understand and I keep screwing it up evwerytime I try to do it. So any advice would be very helpful on that promblem.

Second question is any ideas on what to do with the stories of the second and third books? I have couple of them rattleing around in my head loike using evolved dracoians from krynn or and undead army or the cult of the dragron but if anybody is willing to give some of thier own ideas toward this I would be very grateful.

Well thats about it thanks ahead of time for your replies!

Personally, I prefer to stick with the race used in the adventure. To me it is a satisfying way to take down a high level party.

If I were to change it, I'd probably use some half-dragons (from the ever-useful Council of Wyrms boxed set) or perhaps fire giants and salamanders...

I have been through this monster and now I have a PDF of it. It was a lot of work but we mapped out most of the maps for the players on graph paper.
