Has anyone used the generic classes (warrior, expert, spellcaster) from Unearthed Arcana? The customize options seem really fun. If yes, have you had fun with them? Or found them not so much? How have you guys played them?

I have used them several times. I like them. They work well, even in a game with the original PHB classes (they can't be compared to druid or wizard at high level games, but what can..).

The customization allowed in UA allows several character designs to be made at lower levels without having to multiclass through several base classes in the PHB... You can have a character with a good BAB, a good reflex save, decent skills, and some good class abilities all at low levels.

I played a Warrior once, played it sort of like a ranger with more feats and higher HD, being able to pick your own class skills is really great :3
