I don't know if I can post this here but anyway here goes...

Has anyone looked at PathFinder's Alpha 1 or Alpha 2 release ?

Has anyone implemented any rules from it into their home game ?

For starters: I have already implemented the 10 feat progression chart.
(1st, 3rd, 5th, etc).

This is already going over well in my game.

I've looked over the version I have briefly, not sure which alpha release it is.
The thing that interests me most are the grapple rules.

I'm doing a rework based on 3.5 rules myself, I mean redoing ALL classes and races, and so far its had a few things I've drawn from already.

Its an interesting resource but I don't like how it didn't show change to Sorcerers or Druids and how it made all the base classes stronger.

yeah, they definitely made all of the classes stronger.

Personally, I would have wished that they only made the sorcerer stronger as that class is arguably the weakest of the bunch. In my game, I already give the sorcerer access to cheaper bloodlines out of Unearthed Arcana (i.e. instead of 1,2,3 levels for minor, intermed, major, it is now 0,1,2). This applies only to sorcerers.

Trying it out. Due to the races being boosted, all MM races now get a free 1 point LA if anyone wants one - I'll probably end up giving Warforged and Shifters bonus feats from their racials for free.

They went back to skill ranks, which helps in incorporating Skill Tricks into the game - and really, they aren't complicated if you just keep everything maxed, anyway.

But still, no actual play yet, just chara creation.

Can anyone give me a clue where I can find the Pathfinder rules or atleast where to buy them? I collect D20 gaming material and try to incorporate or modify things that I like to fit my own homebrew world.

we use the sorcerer from pathfinder and we use the +1 every stat at 6,10,14,18 nad everyone gets weapon finnese from conan. we also changed some feats into "skill tricks" like school/weapon focus, spell pertrations, individual weapon and armour prf., dogde and afew other that where good feats but not quit good enough to warrent wasting a feat for

Someone posted that Pathfinder was like 3.75, the alternative to 4e, etc. So I read a pretty big chunk of it and it didn't seem all that special to me. Just some quirks and house rules. What really irked me was that this "alpha" version means they're counting on random downloaders to playtest it and return their opinions, rather than setting up a more careful method. All in all it looks like a bunch of random opinions that won't actually change things much.
