#1 genemesis May 27, 2008 10:33:47	I've encountered a flaw in Dragon Magazine issue 328 called Beady Eyes. The prerequisite is Darkvision and the effect is that instead of Darkvision, you have low-light vivion and you suffer a -2 penalty on spot and search checks. So if you're an aasimar bard, then you lose your darkvision. But what if you take the Dragon Disciple class? If you take all the class levels of this class it says you gain the darkvision feature. But do you gain it if you have this flaw?
#2 whiteraven810 Nov 03, 2009 12:45:45	Yes you would regain dark vision unless the flaw specificly says it's impossible to gain dark vision from another source. Your DM would be in his right to be heavy handed and bar dragon disicple from granting you dark vision in order to prevent flaw abuse.
