| #2zombiegleemaxMay 04, 2004 20:00:05 | Not in hardcover I don't think. I don't think the ToM was issued in softcover ever. |
| #3zombiegleemaxMay 04, 2004 20:58:51 | Both were released in the black and red 2e revised format as softcovers (There was a softcover "Tome of Magic".). |

| #5zombiegleemaxMay 05, 2004 21:08:05 | I own a hardcover copy of the Tome of Magic in the black cover with red writing cover. The interior layout is exactly the same as the earlier version (only the cover is different, presumably to 'match' the revised PHB and DMG) |

| #7zombiegleemaxMay 06, 2004 11:57:50 | So we have 3 versions of ToM. Any idea how many versions of BoA? I know there was a hardback and a softcover (Revised.)? Was there a hardback revised? |
| #8KamelionMay 07, 2004 7:10:31 | There is also the Mindkiller/Mindtracker difference. My Tome of Magic contains the spell Mindkiller (p107) but in a later edition this spell is replaced with Mind Tracker. To add to the oddness, Mind Tracker isn't in the Priest's Spell Compendium, but Mindkiller is. ![]() |
