#1 zombiegleemax Jul 04, 2004 18:57:26	Was the Emperor Kai Tsao Shou Chin of the Shou Lung empire ever given stats in the 2e Kara Tur books? And if so, does anyone to compare his power (both character and political) to the rest of the Forgotten Realms world?
#2 zombiegleemax Jul 05, 2004 15:10:05	Hi, I couldn´t find any stats for Kai Tsao, only a short description on page 7 of the Kara-Tur boxed Set, where he is described as 10th Lv Samurai LG Human male ( with 1/4 Hengeyokai blood) in his early 50s. " ... He is a tall, powerfully built man, with the stature and character of his mountain ancestors. Calm, slow to anger, and thoughtful, he rules with a firm hand over the mighty empire, it´s sprawling bureaucracy, and its contentious nobles and priests ... "
