#1 zombiegleemax Mar 17, 2006 11:40:13	I have a 5 level neutral fighter......my campaign is getting hairy.....how do I go about working in a deity that can be his "Arioch" (for those that read the Melnibone series) and peek in on him/guide him/etc....?
#2 morhawke Mar 17, 2006 14:01:05	From this, I'm guessing you are the DM, so have the character find an old shrine, maybe long forgotten where a first contact is made. The character could stumble across and long discarded symbol or relic of this god. Both of the above give a way to introduce an "unknown" diety, however you could simply do something along the lines of the character stumbling across a person in trouble with that person being a member of a particular faith. Having saved this person, the diety takes favor in the character. Just a couple ideas for you off the top of my head...
