benefit:
when wielding a weapon which weapon finesse applies to, you may add your dexterity modifer to damage instead of strength modifer, you may apply your dexterity modfier to ranged weapon damage as well
special: without this feat, your strength modifer applies to damage with finesse weapons and you have no modifer on ranged weapons.

i never use anything with any # of tentacle attacks per round. i avoid tentacles. I happen to be playing an emancipated 12 year old asain female human rogue in shackled city. the paladin cannot harm her on 2 accounts, shes considered a woman, and a child. (double threat to the pally). she happens to be the only willing rogue in the party. and she is tied with one of the figthers for highest level character. (ECL 6) she has average charisma (to prevent being hit on without diplomacy penalties), she is an honorary junior member of the last laugh thieves guild as well. she helped the party slay the vampire sniping with silver arrows. she is also tied with the monk for highest intiiative.
paladin's are not allowed to slay children, even out of mercy.

Perhaps a ToB style "I make a flurry of attacks with one single roll" conversion would be better as an Extraordinary attack with an extended melee reach, save for half damage, and side effect of beginning a grapple if successful.

i avoid cybering with tentacles, no tentacles are going anywhere on the lolis. at least nowhere between the kneecaps and the shoulders. slapping of the hands or feet, and that's it.
