#1 zombiegleemax Jan 18, 2004 14:59:04	I'm trying to run a series of 2nd edition Raveloft modules adapted for edition 3.5. I never played the Ravenloft setting in 2nd edition, and so I have no idea how to call for a Fear, Horror, or Powers check, which are called for a lot. These checks help add the tension that are vital for a Ravenloft game, and I was hoping someone here could help me out. Thanks! Chris Schmalhofer
#2 zombiegleemax Jan 18, 2004 21:02:57	Hmmm. I think you might be better off getting the d20 version of the Ravenloft rules. In 2ed, fear, horror, & madness checks took a 17 page chapter to explain. Power checks took a 9 page chapter to explain. Doing a straight conversion of these checks to d20 really isn't feasible, either. I'm sure they still exist in some form in the Ravenloft game, but probably with major overhauls. Best of luck to you.
