| #1valadrimJul 05, 2007 17:03:57 | I am planning on running a new AD&D game. My intention is to start the characters in Faerun and after getting them grounded into the setting have them happlessly tumble into Sigil, preferably with no way back until they get to like planewalking. My problem is that I don't have any second edition Forgotten Realms books, but I do have a nice collection of 3rd Edition books for that setting. I planned on having my game start in the middle of nowhere (say near Luskan) migrate to Luskan proper, and then an eventual trip to Waterdeep, before being wisked away. What books should I look to aquire that I can sucessfully start my campaign in Faerun (I am specifically concerned with priest access to spheres, but I am sure there are a dozen or more issues I haven't thought of)? |

In case you didn't know about these Classic Realms products, I'll include this link: http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/downloads The Volo's Guides in particular are quite handy. And if I ever see a print copy of Aurora's Whole Realms Catalog, I'll snap it up in a second. http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=859 |
