Searching for an old monster

Years ago I was browsing a book brought by a friend of mine and found a creature entry that sparkled my imagination; however, I didn't take it into consideration at the time, the book wasn't brought to the table again and I no longer meet with most of the friends I gamed with at that time, including the one that most likely brought that specific material.

So I wonder if somebody here remembers that creature and can kindly point me to the source.

The clues:
- The year was 1997~99. 2000 at worst.
- The book was official AD&D 2e material from TSR/WotC.
- I half remember it as a Planescape monster; however, I purchased pretty much all Planescape books after they became available as ESDs and browsed them to no avail.
- It might have been an issue of Dragon rather than a sourcebook; this might explain why I associate it to Planescape even if it isn't among any Planescape book that I know.
- The creature in question is a humanoid. The distictive trait that catched my attention is that each 'creature' is actually a couple of bonded twins.
- IIRC, it included rules to play it/them as a PC.

Does somebody remember this creature and where it was published?

I realize this is a fairly old thread, buy I just remembered which it is. The Fensir, from Planes of Chaos.
