ok so our battle is continuing right now and our DM came up witha  module based of the song shadow of uther from kamelot. We are at the end about to kill off uther and his 6 demon guard. My shadowmage has been promised shade-hood from someone that wants an "undead controling black orb atrifact all I have to do is get it and bring it to this person. BIG problem the artifact is outside on a balcony, behind uthers throne and a stained glass window. I was thinking about charging through the window but i dont have to much hp left group wont heal me since im CN most of my party are LG or CG (they would want to destroy this artifact) room is about 100x60 3 stained glass windows on either side and i think one in front(behind throne) shadow mage is level 9 knows most of shadowspells up to lvl 5

spell list

tunnel vision (makes it so the enemy can only see in front of him)and identify(1st lvl)

(2nd lvl)shadow burst (magic missle save vs spell or take 1d6 +1 for ea. lvl and +1 AC because of pain)

(3rd lvl) shadow blink; blink from shadow to shadow shadow cloak( armor bonus) wraithform turns me sort of ethereal can slip through cracks in walls cancel at anytime

(4th lvl)shadow sheild, phantom blade, argasters black cloak, darkningbolt

(5th lvl) shadow door(invisiblity in shadows), summon shadows, shadowmagic, fear

im thinking about using shadow door and wraithform with argasters cloak to protect myself slip through the cracks of the wall with wraith form grab the stone and fly away.

my abilities follow as (wings of flight can fly at 32 for 20 minutes 24 for 2 hours or 18 for 6) constant chill touch for my left hand fungus right arm that well sprouts mushrooms stone fist for a base 5 damage of a punch 18/00 strength (deck of many things gone wrong) any suggestions

I'm not familiar with the origins of this scenario, but I di have one question. Are there cracks in the wall? You mention slipping through them, but your description didn't mention any. Also, what edition are you using?

See if you can make a deal with the party: put a tracking spell on the orb or on a bag in which you'll deliver the orb. The party can then destroy the orb later. It's a chaotic neutral plan.

You may be able to nab the orb gaseously from behind the wall during battle if they don't agree, but you may have to deal with an angry party later, and you'd have to have tricked them into tracking the orb (or whatever you'll wrap it in) if they haven't already.
