#1 zombiegleemax Jun 30, 2006 7:12:11	Okay, so from what I can tell, there is a 2.0 book called "The Complete Ranger's Handbook". I love rangers, and have been considering buying it off of ebay. The only problem is, I play 3.5, so I would be getting it only for the flavor. Assuming I have the money to spare, do you think that it would be worth it, or is it all about rules, and not so much about flavor? Better yet, does anyone know of anywhere were I can read an excerpt from it?

As for most AD&D manuals, you can buy it as a pdf for 4$ from Paizo, so even though there's much rule content, it might still be worth taking a look. Here's the table of contents: 1: Character Creation 2: Ranger Abilities 3: Followers 4: Ranger kits 5: Proficiencies 6: Magic 7: Equipment 8: Role-playing 9: Rangers and Religion 10: Forgathering Basically, only the last three chapters are definitely rules-free. The other chapters may have occasional interest, but for the most part the information is likely to have been reproduced in any 3e handbook on rangers.
