I've already tried posting this under General, and the thread seems to have kinda run out of gas...
Anyhow, I was looking for a picture of Alhandra, the paladin from 3.0-3.5 being carryed by a bunch of skeletons. Insofar it's not in Defenders of the Faith, Tome and Blood, or any other book I've seen.
I honestly can't remember what book it's in because I only glanced through it like five years ago.
Also, I'd like it so I could either figure a way to make a poster of it or a desktop thingy for my computer out of it.
Any help given would be most welcome.

Wrong forum for this question. Anyone know what this 3.oh no or 3.dive he's talking about refers to? ;)

I tease you roninwolf in good jest. It's just funny to hear a d20 question referred to as "older" though.

I did a quick google and came up with this. I guess it's in the DMG.

My vote goes to Alhandra. She really has the whole 'doomed but holy' thing going for her in that trapped-with-a-skeleton-in-a-water-trap picture from the DMG

Nope, that would be a reference to the art of p 114 of the 3.0 DMG which shows Alhandra in a water trap as a single skeleton comes at her from behind.

I checked the whole 3.0 DMg, and didn't find it.
I thought maybe I could narrow the field on the assumption that that character would be drawn by the same artist (Wayne Reynolds, I believe), so I checked to see what other books that artist has done interior art for, and the bad news is that it is most of them.

It isn't in Defenders of the Faith, which I thought was a logical place to look for it. Nor was it in Masters of the Wild or Sword and Fist, which I checked just because I had them.

list of books I haven't checked that have his art

Is it a black and white or color pic?
Are you sure about it being wayne reynolds?

I remember it being a black and white picture...as for the artist, I'm really not sure.

I emailed Wayne, and he does not remember that picture and believes it was another artist.

That actually may help narrow the field.

I will keep checking my library, and report what books I've verified it isn't in.
Of course, if I do happen to find it, I'll post that, too.

I'm stumped. Wizards has a gallery for all the 3e books in color, but not for all of the black and white.

So, based on what I don't have and can't see on the internets, you might look in:

Stronghold Builder's Guidebook
Hero Builder's Guidebook
Book of Challenges and Traps
Adventure Path modules (Sunless citidel, Forge of Fury, etc)
Basic boxed set?

These all seem really unlikely but that's about all I can think of. I'm also assuming Allhandra wouldn't be in a FR or Eberron book, but maybe that untrue.

I know it's not in Hero Builder's Guidebook or Stronghold Builder's Guidebook. I have those...
