I'm playing a cleric with a low charisma. Any good ideas for what to do with turn undead. I couldn't find a variant. If anyone has any ideas please tell me.

Most Variant Turning I know of is based off Charisma. There's a variant that switched turning undead for turning evil outsiders and rebuking nonevil outsiders. You could ask your DM if he would allow the turning to be based off a different stat, like Strength. If you give him/her a good reason for it, he/she might allow it.

Still, if you wanted to have good turning as a Cleric, I say you just should have put a higher score/more points in Charisma.

Cleric priorities: Wis > Cha > Con > Str/Dex/Int.

I understand the ability priorities for clerics. I'm going for skypledged and my ability scores aren't exactly ideal. I plan to focus on spellcasting and possibly a little archery. My character has maybe come into contact with undead once in his life. He hardly even knows anything about them. I saw something that gave them spontaneous domain spells on top of healing. I might see if he'd go for that.

I suggest you take a look at the Divine feats in PH2 and other splat books like Complete Divine. (here's an example) Those provide some pretty nice uses for the Turning ability when undead aren't available.
I think it would be totally fair for you to get a divine feat for free in exchange for losing the ability to use your turning attempts to actually turn undead.

Destroy Undead Variant: you do your cleric level in d6s to undead in a 30' burst around your character.

Perhaps research a spell that grants a bonus to turning undead?

If you're going for the spellcaster angle that is.
