Nov 24, 2007 2:47:26 		Greyhawk Adventures (1988) includes the Greyhawk deities. This book is transitional between 1st and 2nd editions though, with aspects of both rule sets in there.

They were published in the From the Ashes boxed set. A file was available online at Wizards' site -- it still might, it seems I cannot find anything there anymore -- but it was archived at canonfire, a site I definitely recommend to anyone interested in Greyhawk.
