Me and my friends have set up a PVP format for D and D.

Basically each player starts at level 12 and starting stats are decided like this;
Each player has 45 stat points to spend, all stats start at 10.

Stat Cost
10 0
11 1
12 2
13 3
14 4
15 6
16 8
17 12
18 16
+1 +5

Each team has210,000gp to spend on items (this can include magic items) divided amongst their players as they choose
however no individual item may cost more than 42,000gp.

I have to lead a team of 3 in this setting. The games is entirely combat based and is decided on a points system.

Points will be awarded as follows:

For every monster slain character's team will gain that monsters xp valule/10.
For every round the flag is held character's team will gain 30 points.
For every round a character holds an enemies fort their team will gain 50 points
(they count as holding a fort if they are inside it and no enemies are).
If a character manages to slay the DM's character their team will gain 750 points.
For every enemy character killed the character's team will gain 250 points, if someone deliberately kills themself or a teammate
the points will be awarded to the team of the last character to damage them.

If a character dies he will respawn at the 10 rounds later at the beggining of the round in his team's fort,
a character cannot respawn if his fort is held by enemies however he can respawn in any fort held by teamates.
Each team will have a respawn limit of 5, once characters on their team have respawned 5 times they can no longer respawn.
A character's companion will die when the character respawns and will respawn instantly with them, this does not count
to the team's respawn limit. The DM's character will have 3 respawns and will respawn 5 rounds after dying in one of three places.

Basically I'm looking for any ideas on creating the most twinked out Character possible for this scenario.

We can use feats, and classes from any official D and D book and we are only using standard races.

Help appreciated.
