Dude, something like a Fighter/Wizard//Wizard/Swiftblade would be excellent. The levels of wiz on both sides balance out the loss of caster level, and the fighter gives you full BAB and tons of bonus feats for combat shananagans. Swiftblade gives you non-magical Freedom of Movement and permahaste and misschance, along with a quasi-Time Stop ability. Then go take a look at the various gish guides for info on spells that are good for a gish, and spells that just plain win.

You could go a lot more complicated than that, but thats a pretty decent skeleton build for you so far. Consider swapping fighter for ToB stuff if its available.

Check the Surealodex for more info on the Swiftblade (web enhancement).

Well, druid//monk isn't a bad way to go. Even going 20th level on both wouldn't really hurt. You can wildshape to take advantage of the much higher Str and Dex scores of your new form, and use your monk's unarmed strike damage per hit.

That being said, I'd take the 2nd set of stats and arrange them something like:

Str: 14
Dex: 13
Con: 18
Int: 15
Wis: 18
Cha: 14

You can put your lowest two in Str and Dex, as they'll likely be increasing when you wildshape. You want a good Con, as you keep your original HP when wildshaping. You want a good Wis for both good casting, and keeping your AC up.

As for items, I'd drop the Ring of Regeneration. 1 HP per hour isn't anything all that good, and you're a primary divine caster. Get a wand of Lesser Vigor (or several) instead if you want some out of combat healing. Also, you might not need a +4 weapon. You boost your natural attacks with your own spells. Don't worry about the Manual of Quickness either. Get the health one to boost your Con, instead. You can boost your Dex simply by wildshaping.

If you have artificers in your group, I'm assuming other Eberron things are open. See if your DM will let you use Planar Shepherd PrC. It's rediculously powerful. You can do things like get ten rounds for each one your opponents get.
