2nd edition attacks / round charts?

Where can I find the tables/charts for the 2nd edition attacks per turn?

I tried a google and came up wth no help.

All classes start with 1 at/rd

 

Fighter/7, Ranger and Pal/8 gain 3/2.

Fighter/13+, Ranger and Pal/15+ gain 2 at/rd.

 

Weapon specialization gives you +1/2.

 

Two weapon fighting gives you one attack with the off hand (used to double your attacks)

 

I think that pretty much sums it up. Missile weapons granted a number of attacks based on the kind of missile, and THAT list I don't have. Bows were 2/rd, however. I don't remember how specialization affected them, other then elven archer specialists eventually got 4 arrows/rd.
