How can I shoot more than 5 arrows a round? I need to know.
Play a Thri-Kreen (or something like that) and get 2 Bows
BAB +16, Rapid Shot, and Haste = 6 arrows a round
dual wield crossbows. that almost counts, right?

I heard of a prc or a feat in a Dragon Magazine that increases your rate of fire. I dont remember what it was, which Dragon Magazine, or the thread in which it was mentioned in. Sadly.
Champion of Valor maybe? Rate of fire isn't a thing in 3.5e... Only attacks per round, which is Rapid Shot.
Splitting is in Champions of Ruin, pg 42. You must have precise shot for it to work, and you make an extra roll for each arrow - for example if your attack was already +10/+5, it becomes +10/+10/+5/+5, with all other affects being identical for each arrow (If the arrow is adamantine, all are adamantine, if an arrow got sneak attack damage, both get sneak attack, or flaming, or whatever.)
