So for a while I have wanted to create a character based on an already existing outside character that I really like. I chose Deathstroke(DC) because he's just an unbelievable badass.
The hard part of this is creating a character that is as versatile and resourceful as Deathstroke himself. Him being a tactical genius, always being prepared, exploiting enemy weaknesses both physically and emotionally, and near superhuman brain capacity are the main factors that make bringing this character to the table a challenge. His extensive arsenal also make for some complications.

(For those unfamiliar with the character: www.comicvine.com/deathstroke/29-3588/)

The idea is to make a good character that resembles the original as much as possible within the D&D setting.
So far, I was thinking maybe using the Fighter class with an emphasis on dual Automatic Pistols and Unarmed combat.
I was also hoping to give him some form of Damage Reduction and Fast Healing to simulate his armor and healing factor. If at all possible, I would like the character to remain as human as possible but I do value the general theme of the character over the race.

Any and all help is appreciated since I am still fairly new to the game. Thanks in advance :D

I think there's a build somewhere that's based on Deadpool.  Should be close enough.

The Gun Fu build in my sig, without the Splitting enhancement and making use of pistols (change the race to Human and grab Exotic Weapon: Firearms; this also frees up several points from Strength), is actually a pretty decent and playable pistolero that gets that kind of badassery down well. There's even plenty of Intelligence synergy, which would reflect Deathstroke's mental prowess.  It might be possible to alter the stance progression a bit to learn Supreme Blade Parry, which would give the damage reduction you're looking for - since the pistols have a narrower threat range than the crossbows the build is intended to use, there's a lesser reliance on the Blood in the Water stance if you're doing this. It doesn't do the regeneration and its hit points are kind of low, though those can be modified with equipment.

I don't know of an easy way to do all of the above without gestalting (a super high-power variant rule), but I did at one point put together Marv from Sin City using gestalts just for that reason. (Ever play a psionic character who's too dim to manifest any powers, but just doesn't care?)
