Or possibly, any other efficient ways to lower enemy saves, preferably in an AOE, that doesn't require a successful Fort, Reflex or Will save, not including the things from the Debuffing thread? Thanks! |

You have to take 9 fighter levels, but they let you demoralize as a swift action and some other cool things. Fearsom Armour on page 97 of Drow of the Underdark lets you demoralize as a move action for 5000 gp. Also check out the feat "Imperious Command" on page 50 of that book, it makes your demoralizations stronger. |

It's a 5-level PrC with some good class skills, sudden strike progression, and rapid intimidation which (eventually) can affect I think everyone in a 30' radius. Saves still apply, though. |

CV: Ghost Faced Killer lets you demoralize all who see you, and your target, as a free action when combined with a sudden strike. If your opponent fails their save, they die outright, and if they pass they're shaken. Everyone around takes a save to avoid being shaken. Unfortunately, it's a Charisma based DC rather than a true intimidate. |
