3.5 Optimization within an Antimagic Field

Ok, so I'm trying to optimize a character for maximum destructive potential while operating within an Antimagic Field (operating w/ standard magic/psionics transparency, so no psionics either).

The basis is a standard Frenzy Barb Leap Charger w/ Power Attack munchkinization, so I'm looking to maximize Str, Attack, and Damage (as increasing the first two increases the last).  I'm not worried about the defensive end at all, at least as far as I do not currently need input in that regard.

What's allowed: Any WotC material (including Dragon).  Templates are great (even those such as Legendary Monster, for which characters might not normally qualify), as are PrCs (such as War Hulk), even SDAs (though I've already looked through them, so you probably will not contribute much there).  Class features, you name it.  As long as it operates in an AntiMagic field, I'm all over it.  Note that diminishing the AC value that I have to hit is the same as increasing the attack value, and is greatly valued.  Also note that this character is an epic level one, so a 20 level progression is of limited value to me.

What I have:
PrCs
War Hulk (+20 Str over 10 levels), Dragon Disciple (+4 Str over 4 levels), Frenzied Berzerker (+10 over 10 levels, other advantages)

Templates
Legendary Monster, Feral, Monster of Legend, Half Golem (Str bonus, and attaching additional limbs, then grabbing the multiattack feats up through perfect multiattack)

SDAs
Power of Luck (+Divine Rank luck bonus on attacks), Earth Mastery (+Divine Rank Competence bonus on attacks, w/ limitations), Irresistable Blows (ignore Armor and Natural Armor w/ attacks), Alter Size (to colossal for size bonus to Str)

Feats
Pierce Magical Protection (ignore (and dispel) magical enhancements to AC), melee enhancements (Power attack, weapon focus, weapon specialization (and epic variants), improved trip, exotic weapon prof (spiked chain), would like additional suggestions, of course).

Magic Items
Tome of ... for inherent bonuses to attributes

So, what else can we get?

Off hand, I'm still missing insight bonuses and sacred or profane bonuses, and I don't have any attribute other than Str tied to the attack/ damage, and it's only counted once.  In terms of hitting my target, they don't get magical bonuses, Armor bonuses, or natural armor bonuses. Highly desirable would be knocking out their Dex bonus to AC (the last of their common AC bonuses).

Currently on my list of things I'm investigating:
Crusader AoO tactics to get additional actions outside normal turn order

Thanks in advance for your help guys.  Haven't been on here in a while, hope some guys around here are still as much of Wizards in terms of 3.5 CO as they once were.

Handy things we should know:
1) What level are you going from & to? "Epic" is a rather broad statement
2) Do you have a decision on what classes etc you're doing for your first 20 levels? (I'm assuming Dragon Disciple & War Hulk are *not* in your first 20 levels so you don't lose out on BaB)
3) When you say Anti Magic Field, are you using a standard AMF, or a souped-up one that can block Epic spells?
4) Is the AMF going to be on you, or your target?
5) Alignment-wise, are you going to qualify for Exalted feats, or are you evil aligned for BoVD stuff?
6) What's your divine rank? You clearly have to have a decent one to be using SDAs

You're also talking a few things that are at cross-purposes, you're saying you plan to go along the power attacking ubercharger method and should be optimised in an AMF, but then you start listing Pierce Magical Protection which is redundant in an AMF...

Neo!  You probably don't remember me, but nice to see you're still around!

1) The intended ECL is around 60.

2) Yeah, the only real "hard" decision about the first 20 (and it's not that set in stone) is lose out on as little BaB as possible, ideally going after template acquisition as well during epic levels.  This means inhereted templates are less desirable than acquirable templates.  Also, need to qualify for racial and regional feats as much as possible, thankfully levels of fighter help to accomplish all those goals.

3) Best to assume it's a souped up one that blocks epic spells.  The skills/ abilities that function within the 'Epic' AMF work for standard fare, so I figure, prepare for the worst, hope for the best.  Obviously, I'll still have standard epic magic items on and such, but the goal is to have as much power as possible when those bonuses are Not available.

5) My target alignment is CN, as it fits the character best, but I prefer stuff made for Evil chars vs Good.  See the next answer for a partial explanation as to why.  If one avenue is significantly more powerful, though, that is the preferred.  If it weren't for the fact that everyone and their cousin is immune to crits at these levels, I'd be looking at the crit enhancing BoVD prestige class.  Also keep in mind that at the end of the day I'd like to migrate to CN, so stuff that doesn't get lost for changing alignment, even if it has an initial requirement, is better in my book than those which have penalties for the 'fallen'.

6) The divine rank is obtained through the whole simulacrum/ ice assassin proxy cheese (for a detailed description see the relevant section of pun-pun's description) pulled off by a Ur-Priest/Mystic Theurge/Planar Shepard.  There is no realistic limit, but to avoid exploting NI variables (which I am not fond of), we are limiting it to once per diety, and as we're in Faerun to start (for many of the charge related things), the Divine Rank is effectively limited to 23.

Pierce Magical Protection works even in an AMF, and the primary benefit is that it ensures an even playing field.  Let's say they are using the whole antimagic stone used as an arrowhead thing to smother me in an AMF while they sit comfortably outside it, or other scenarios of that sort.  If I'm not getting magical bonuses, they should not either, I figure

Hope that clarifies things.  Also, though not referenced, assume that as much of the leap attack cheese as possible is being drawn from this guy:

Dangit, your name looks damned familiar but my brain just won't connect ><

1) The intended ECL is around 60.

Blimey! Which gods are you going after? :D
Far end Epic is outside my usual knowledge, but I'll see what I can do:

2) Yeah, the only real "hard" decision about the first 20 (and it's not that set in stone) is lose out on as little BaB as possible, ideally going after template acquisition as well during epic levels.  This means inhereted templates are less desirable than acquirable templates.  Also, need to qualify for racial and regional feats as much as possible, thankfully levels of fighter help to accomplish all those goals.

Well, going with Frenzied Berserker I'll assume that your lower levels are a mix of Barbarian & Fighter, Then FB 10, then rounded out with something else with full BaB.
I'd recommend taking a look at Runescarred Berserker (reproduced at therafim.wikidot.com/runescarred-berserk...). It's not overly fantastic, but your rage gives larger bonuses and you get the ability to cast that AMF yourself, rather than relying on someone else, and gets you a few points of DR/-. (unsure how necessary that will be at your levels though)

No worries, was just thinking about the Rage feat in Exalted Deeds that lets you remain lucid while Raging/Frenzying, but sounds like you won't qualify

Fair points. Also, remember, depending on how the GM interprets it, PMP removes "Any spell providing a bonus to AC", that doesn't just mean spells that are designed to primarily boost AC (like Mage Armor). Protection from Evil, Bite of the X, Holy (etc) Aura, all provide bonuses to AC with their package, so they should be fair game.

Oh, and if you're allowed the Pun-Pun Divine rank cheese, take a level of Psion for the "Psionic Hat" cheese (basically, get a Psicrystal, make it shaped like a hat. Wear it. The crystal uses your skill ranks if appropriate. Max out Ride. Then once per round when you'd be struck, your crystal gets to make a ride check for you to avoid the hit ).

beiing uber-something in an AMF ...

Cheater of Mystra!!! ... someone should have saved a copy of that build somewhere ...

basically it's cleric-divine disciple-Dweomerkeeper-contemplative-something using the initiate of Mystra feat and DMM:Persist cheese to do essentially anything (e.g. miracle himself with giant-size, DP,...)

the other thing that one could consider is some kind of abjurant champion-legacy champion-uncanny tricster using shield and greater luminous armor to get ridicoulous armor out of those two (still with the initiate of mystra feat)

oh ... and a feat to make "greater consumptive field" a permanent emenation is definatly well spent
