[3.5] Using "Acrobatic Backstab" and "Mosquito's Bite" skill tricks for multiple sneak attacks?

I am relatively new to the rogue class, and i've been wondering about ways to maximize the amount of damage dealt by sneak attacks.

I am currently playing as a level 7 rogue with "Flick of the Wrist" and "Craven" feats for head on sneak attacks with extra damage. Since "Flick of the Wrist" can only be used once per enemy, per encounter, and our group does not have many melee classes for flanking, i was wondering about ways to use multiple sneak attacks per encounter using multiple weapons.

After reading about Skill Tricks, i've found the "Acrobatic Backstab" one, which allows the rogue to render one enemy flat-footed by walking through his attack area, and "Mosquito's Bite", which allows the rogue's attacks with light weapons to be unnoticed.

Does the "Mosquito's Bite" effects cause an unflanked enemy, flat-footed by any means while still seeing you (including by Acrobatic Backstab), to take more then one sneak attack on a full attack action (using only light weapons such as daggers)?

No, RAW it does not. Mosquito's Bite has very little mechanical effect: there are probably corner cases where it is useful, but it seems mostly RP-oriented to me.
If your DM is ok with it, however, this could be a good houserule.

A rogue without a flanking partner can become frustrating to play. Do you have access to Tome of Battle? If so, dipping Swordsage next level can do you a world of good: you can take the Island of Blades stance for easier flanking, you can use Distracting Ember to create a temporary flanking buddy and Cloak of Deception to turn (greater-)invisible for 1 round.

But utlimately, the rest of the group should also try to help you do your job. That can mean summons for instance if you have spellcasters, or them casting Greater invisibility on you.

It also gives access to Diamond Nightmare Blade, which catches opponents flat-footed.

I purposefully did not mention Sapphire Nightmare Blade (the one you meant), because he's reaching a level where he'll want to have more than one attack per round.
(I could have mentioned Flashing Sun which helps with that...)

OoP gives some good advice. Especially regarding summons (flanker monkey!) and Tome of Battle. If you don't want to actually take swordsage levels you can get a 1/encounter SA full attack by taking Martial Study (Cloak of Deception), another 2d6 SA after that by investing your level 10 Rogue ability into a feat so you can take Martial Stance (Assassin's Stance) and finally get Dex to damage at level 12 by taking Shadow Blade.

One use of Mosquito's Bite I can imagine would be in conjunction with martial maneuvers like Defensive Rebuke or other such attacks that inflict some kind of conditional penalty. It could be handy for fooling them into thinking your attack failed when it did not.

Another use could lie in social situations. Deliver a poison, perform an assassination with a hidden weapon; no one would be the wiser for a round.
