I believe with the release of the upcoming Wolverine movie, the character Deadpool will get a little more of a following..

As he is my favourite Marvel character, i'd like the option of playing him.. So here is Deadpools background

Powers
Deadpool possesses a superhuman healing factor derived from that of the mutant Wolverine that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. As such, he can regrow severed limbs or vital organs. The speed at which this healing factor works varies in direct proportion to the severity of the damage Deadpool suffers. This healing factor also affords Deadpool a virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, as well as an enhanced resistance to diseases and an extended life span. Unlike Wolverine’s natural healing factor, Deadpool’s is mentally driven to a partial extent.

Due to the presence of this superhuman healing ability, many of Deadpool's natural physical attributes have been enhanced. Deadpool's musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins than the muscles of an ordinary human being, granting him superhuman levels of stamina in all physical activities. His natural strength, agility and reflexes have been enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body. Deadpool's agility and reaction time are superior to those of even the finest human athlete.

Abilities
Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and is skilled in multiple unarmed combat techniques. He is a master of assassination techniques, is an excellent marksman, and is highly skilled with bladed weapons (frequently carrying two swords strapped to his back). He is fluent in Japanese, German, Spanish, amongst other languages.

Weapons
Deadpool employs any number of weapons depending on his current assignment. Most often he will utilize a combination of guns and blades.

Paraphernalia
Deadpool utilizes a teleportation device located in his belt to whisk him out of (and occasionally into) danger, as well as a holographic image inducer that he can use to disguise his true appearance as necessary.

So to break Deadpool this down..

Stats:
High Str, Dex, Con and possibly Int (he's definately not wise or good looking)

Powers:
Fast Healing, Poison Immunity, possible damage reduction

Abilities:
Good H2H combat, two weapon fighting, dual range weapons (instead of firearms), ability to teleport/blink, change appearance.

Classes:
He's an assassin but this doesn't mean he needs to take the Prc. I have an idea about a Dex/Int Monk build, with dual rapiers and dual throwing weapons(or hand-crossbows if possible).

Your options:
The build can be with a 32pt buy, all published books, and a build of up to 20th Lvl. Gold as appropriate to 20th.

Please give me ideas on how you would build this anti-hero??!

So, I'll recommend some feats.

Hand Crossbow Focus (DOTU); allows one to reload hand crossbows as a free action.
Ascetic Ranger (CA): Get monk unarmed damage with ranger levels
Deformity (Madness) (EE): -4 wisdom penatly for immunity to any mind-controlling stuff.

Half-troll Warblade/Ranger to start with, would be straight-forward. (FE: (meta)humans). Bard dip could be appropriate, to qualify for various battle/war dancing feats?

For actualy game, you'd want something besides Half-Troll --- maybe Elan Psywar and use Resilience+Vigor to emulate regen initially? Hmm...

Troll Blooded from Dragon #319. Comes with no LA like Half-trolls have.

You gain regeneration 1, which you can increase with other feats.
Get immunity to Fire & Acid or just a high Resist - Check the List of Stuff for this.
Max out "Preform: Comedian or Show-off.

If your trying to do something with that body sliding thing he's got (or had?) jaunter Class. Aside from that: Whatever.

I love Deadpeople, in fact he's my favorite marvel. However "Super Skilled" when compared to the rest of the Marvel heros: He is not... which is also why I love him.

Try tossing some ideas on what kind of class you would like to play. If you are going to be playing this character it isn't all about mimicing him - As there are tons of ways to do that. You also need to give us a direction on what kind of character you want to play.

For Deadpool I'd suggest something Roguey and/or Psionic.

Well, his skill level changes a lot from time to time. For example in Civil War he was often pretty much ignored.

I would go with the Race: Changling and push him into the warshaper PRC class just to get the immunity to crits and fast healing.

Then go unarmed variant swordsage and take superior unarmed strike to make up for the warshaper lvls. The maneuvers allow you to replicate most of his tech and the magic items you equip him with will do the rest.

Probably Monk 10 / Warmind 10 or Monk 2 / PsyWar 18 with Tashalatora from Secrets of Sarlona. Reflavor Inertial Armor + Force Shield to crazy regeneration and super unarmed combat skills, keep a high unarmed damage all the way through, and for even more regeneration pick up Vigor to keep yourself going through a hail of bullets (or bolts, as the case may be).
