| #1ancientdragonFeb 04, 2008 11:01:20 | The Thread: In this thread will be listed all the most powerful creation of this forum, commonly known as World Records. As said by Funny Slaughter: "To beat your local powergamer, simply look here" The Matter: Since the old thread hasn't been updated for a while, I have take this burden. I hope I'm doing the right thing: if not, stop me. The Rules: If you want to see your character in our Hall of fame, you'll have to follow these rules, as the original author of the thread thinked them. Sources are all official 3.5 Wizards' handbooks. No third parts such as dragon Magazine are ammitted. For your build take 190XP. If you have to roll any die, take the average, rounding down (ex. 1d6=3). If you have an idea how to beat one of the already submissed records post your idea in an own thread and if you did not get beaten by the community reply here with a link to your new record. Do the same thing if you think you've established a record in something new. OPtir, AD |
| #2rhigFeb 04, 2008 11:38:32 | I'm pretty sure that Caedrus' Jumplomancer broke both the Jump record and the Diplomacy record written here. |
| #3true_shinkenFeb 04, 2008 11:39:49 | Where is Chuck?! |
| #4ancientdragonFeb 04, 2008 11:45:23 | I don't know even who is it ^^'' Guys, what you think about doing a section for add all unlimited things? You know, pun pun has got them all; I can have unlimited str etc. @Jump:Updated! @Diplomacy: Updated! |
| #5phaedrusxyFeb 04, 2008 12:13:32 | This is Chuck. I haven't read it. Edit: Ok, I thumbed through it. This version can move ~26,000 miles in one round. The craziest part is that he translates that into damage via Tornado throw, to do over 100 trillion damage... |
| #6ancientdragonFeb 04, 2008 12:29:02 | What do you think about a loop dedicated section? |
| #7phaedrusxyFeb 04, 2008 12:31:16 | Infinite loops are banned. Or, better, by now there will be a section for loops. I don't think it is technically an infinite loop. It uses Turn Undead to generate extra actions, but not an infinite number of them. I think it only uses about 37 of them. |
| #8ancientdragonFeb 04, 2008 13:13:26 | Uhm... understand. Editet! Thanks PahedrusXY |
| #9phaedrusxyFeb 04, 2008 14:16:01 | It's 26 thousand miles in a round, not 26. :P |
| #10chrisasmadiFeb 04, 2008 14:36:20 | A section for unlimited things would be fairly interesting, too. (Oh, and you misspelt my nick. :P) |
| #11ancientdragonFeb 04, 2008 14:51:03 | Ok, Corrected, Corrected. Added section. Waiting for comments. |
| #12true_shinkenFeb 08, 2008 13:33:04 | I broke the feat record here http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=987313 |
| #13ancientdragonFeb 16, 2008 11:02:24 | Updated. Pleeeease post loops! |
| #14ancientdragonFeb 28, 2008 9:54:17 | Sorry, but about the DAMAGE RECORD: in how much time is it supposed to be done?? |
| #15skydragonknightFeb 28, 2008 20:48:47 | Okay, from this thread: Distance travelled in 1 round: 1,223,040.92 miles. or 49.1 times around the Earth. Highest Speed (feet per second) 1,059,008,683 ft/sec For reference: The speed of light is 983,571,056 feet per second. Highest Trip Modifier: +2,542,542,552 to trip Farthest thrown target: 2,542,542,550 ft(488,950 miles) Damage from melee attack(may not be record): 2,135,735,742 damage from a single throw Highest melee damage in a round: 75,638,312,530,000,000 average damage. 75.6 Quadrillion Damage Largest Area of Effect(?): With Ring of Fire maneuver: "Move 1,152,140 ft along the ground, make a circle of circumference 219.03 miles, enclosing a 69.72 mile diameter circle, filling an area of 3,817 square miles with a raging inferno, dealing all creatures in the area 12d6 points of fire damage Reflex save DC 20 for half-damage. He can do this a total of 552 times in a single round, incinerating a total area of 2,107,503.16 square miles." A couple of those might not be records, but I don't see anything higher in your list. Also, highest non-magic damage is Hulking Hurler at 70 Septillion damage (note: I have not confirmed the math) in the respective thread on the Theo Op board. Chuck only qualifies for highest melee damage; he concedes to the hurler for physical damage. Hurler also has highest Str score by far...they've started using Tauric cheese...which is why Chuck didn't stand a chance. True Shinken's feat thread has been updated to 504(?) feats. |
| #16bauglirFeb 28, 2008 21:29:02 | Note that the listed value for psli4me is significantly lower than the actual record in that thread, which is in excess of (2.5*10^36530)^^73600. The listed value was an example of how quickly the damage scales up and isn't anywhere near the actual record. To clarify, that number is (2.5*10^36530) to the power of itself 73600 times. It's quite large. |
| #17ancientdragonFeb 29, 2008 9:26:19 | Thank you, Bauglir and Skydragonknigt. Also, compliments for Chuck! Largest Area of Effect(?): I'm sorry I don't know if this exist... @Bauglir: Yeah, but in HOW MUCH TIME? No one seems to want to asnwer... |
| #18caedrusMar 03, 2008 3:34:57 | With all respect to tsuyoshikentsu, I believe that my record, which translates to a Diplomacy check, does so without any buffs, or equipment. Tsuyoshikentsu still holds the record for a true Diplomacy check. C. |
| #19ancientdragonMar 04, 2008 12:30:46 | I'm sorry for the mistake. What is the record of tsuyoshikentsu? :P |
| #20awaken_D_M_golemAug 12, 2008 19:02:51 | bump-o |
| #21ejothimsAug 12, 2008 19:11:16 | If this is still being updated/looked at, I'd like to submit myself (with intensive collaboration <3) for most attacks in a single action. 957,040 is what we're all at currently. And it's still a work in progress. We're looking to shoot down SDK's record for a round (and SDK is helping us too, :D ). |
| #22ancientdragonOct 26, 2008 4:23:27 | I'm back! Updated! |
| #23muertogOct 26, 2008 23:22:59 | I would like to submit a challenger to the Highest Strength record: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?p=17132008 If there are any holes, please poke em. ^_^ |
| #24changing-winds11Oct 27, 2008 0:41:51 | Unfortunately, I didn't book-mark it, but I'm fairly certain that there was another thread on maximum distance for a ranged attack - not throw - that far exceeded 8.03 miles in a round. I believe it was somewhere between 30 - 40 miles in a round. I'm looking for it now - just putting this up to remind people - maybe someone else will remember this and happen to have it book-marked! Edit: Win. I found it. This is the thread I found it in: http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=790798 And this is Tsu's original thread: http://forums.gleemax.com/wotc_archive/index.php/t-600024.html In the first thread, the highest I found before I was (am) forced to stop reading, is Tsuyoshi's 43,575 Feet per 6 seconds. (EDIT: Apparently, someone went back and edited their post - it now outdoes Tsuyoshi's!) The Rizz's ~77,204 ft. (~14.62 miles) per 6 seconds (per round). EDIT 2: Oh yeah, Both Tsuyoshi and The Rizz's posts are located near the bottom of the first page. Edit 3: Well, this is getting ridiculous. I, obviously, forgot to read the rest of the 4 pages. I'll get back to you on this, unless you read it over and decide for yourself. Fourth and final edit for this post: Ugh. My head. If you can read through those four pages and decide upon a top distance - you are amazing. Meanwhile, I'm going to be relearning math and physics... |
| #25ancientdragonOct 27, 2008 10:09:24 | @Muertog: you've not beaten the record yet :P @chanding: I found Rizz's post, but seems that actual record is still better... |
| #26muertogOct 27, 2008 10:54:37 | @Muertog: you've not beaten the record yet :P Been updating... found some things don't work as advertised. Problem is that a portion of those dame "nerfed" features are also used in the current record-holder's build. |
| #27ancientdragonOct 27, 2008 11:07:48 | Mh. I'll take a look of the current holder. Edit: ri-mh. I'm not so sure about this, but I think you may be the new record holder. Kudos. |
| #28fjnOct 27, 2008 15:39:57 | Does anybody have a new link to the 188 perform skill, the one on here doesn't seem to work anymore. |
| #29tsuyoshikentsuOct 27, 2008 19:17:34 | Caelic's Supermount is no longer the strongest mount. That would be my Ubermount, here. |
| #30innabinderOct 27, 2008 20:10:17 | Ah, yes, the Ubermount er, friend, thing. Great build. |
| #31changing-winds11Oct 28, 2008 0:52:00 | @Muertog: you've not beaten the record yet :P I'm afraid I've missed something, I guess. How is 42,000 or so better than around 75,000 - or, later in the thread, I believe something close to 115,000? |
| #32ancientdragonOct 28, 2008 8:32:58 | @FJN: I'm sorry, not. I inherited this thread from another user, and i've not even seen every single world record. @Tsu: Updated. @chaging: you're right. I confused reach and speed, I'm sorry. Updated. |
| #33changing-winds11Oct 29, 2008 1:17:10 | Ah, I See. Alrighty then - thought I had misread something somewhere. Honestly, I started getting lost around the 3rd page of that first link. |
| #34tsuyoshikentsuOct 29, 2008 17:03:43 | I beat the Jump and Diplomacy records. The thread is on the second page as of now. |
| #35ancientdragonOct 30, 2008 10:14:23 | Sorry, I don't found 'em. May you link them? |
| #36innabinderOct 30, 2008 17:57:27 | tsuyoshikentsu reigns supreme again. |
| #37EndarireOct 31, 2008 0:32:59 | Unfortunately, Complete Champion errata changes footsteps of the divine to be discharged, thereby nullifying your listed speed build. |
| #38ancientdragonOct 31, 2008 4:26:26 | Good work, both of you. Thanks. |
| #39ancientdragonNov 17, 2008 15:30:41 | Excuse me, I need a clarification: I think that the actual damage record is invalid. How long does it actually take? If it's more than one round, so a new one will soon be submitted. I need a substitute for the actual speed record. Anyone? Thanks everyone. Thanks. AD |
| #40PlzBreakMyCampaignJan 26, 2009 0:05:01 | Caelic's Supermount is no longer the strongest mount. Nope and Nope. Yours was fewer hit dice and had about the same abilities. A little bit of int and a few points of Nat isn't with the HD. Caelic had 22HD and your build had +16HD Show Anarch (5 mount) Druid 3 (3 animal companion) Wizard 3 (3 familiar) Arcane Hierophant 2 (2 animal, 2 familiar) Fleshwarper 7 (7 familiar) ================= 5 mount levels, 5 animal companion levels, 12 familiar levels Theurgic Bond = 12 animal companion levels Holy Mount = 5 mount levels Theurgic Mount = 12 mount levels Natural bond = 3 animal companion mount:22=5+5+12 Animal companion:18=3+3+12 Familiar:12=3+2+7 |
| #41ejothimsMay 31, 2009 8:09:14 | Up to 1,067,212 attacks in a single action. |
| #42bowensilverclaw1986May 31, 2009 10:14:27 | However, my way more that ubermount manages a 53HD Colossal+ Gold Dragon friend thingee (the RAW is a little debatable, I will concede) or if the size isn't worth it you can shuffle beastmaster in you can get 55HD Colossal. Check the sig link for the build. Did you finally come around to change that thing to be RAW-legal? |
| #43zook1shoe666Jun 11, 2009 22:41:18 | besides a bump.... maybe check here for some more records http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=897351 |

| #46innabinderJun 14, 2009 15:31:51 | The link in tsuyoshikentsu's post works just fine for me. |
| #47zook1shoe666Jun 14, 2009 15:56:05 | everytime i tried, it gave me a error message. can you post the html for me? |

| #49zook1shoe666Jun 14, 2009 16:46:13 | thanks.... i was playing with some of that same stuff.... and i was able to get it a little higher, using some similar stuff EDIT: my current total was the abilities of a 28th-level Special Mount, 30th-level Animal Companion, and 11th-level Familiar |
| #50zook1shoe666Jul 23, 2009 17:48:27 | so is the Ubermount is void due to its use of a Dragon magazine? |

| #52PlzBreakMyCampaignAug 01, 2009 10:41:10 | Advancing the familiar stuff really doesn't help much... why advance the familiar stuff if you already have such high special mount abilities? If its just cool factor, then I understand ![]() |
| #53zook1shoe666Aug 01, 2009 16:52:15 | the higher Int score and Familiar Spell is more than enough to "waste" the stuff on ;) |
| #54zook1shoe666Nov 11, 2009 0:23:55 | my current one is this....
CN Sorcerer 1 Strongheart Halfling Skill Focus (HA), Track, Mounted Combat, Planar Familiar
using several variants in the DMG and other books, gives me a Mount that has 55 HD and several templates |
| #55PlzBreakMyCampaignNov 16, 2009 10:31:43 | Calculations please? I updated mine to 55HD too, but I looked at similar methods and found the maths didn't work in its favor. I'm curious about your result. Which interpretations you use also should be stated (since we are all going against RAI here... WotC never intended supermounts lol) |
| #56zook1shoe666Jun 02, 2010 10:57:48 | Calculations please? I updated mine to 55HD too, but I looked at similar methods and found the maths didn't work in its favor. I'm curious about your result.
