Beguiler doesn't have all the low-level power word spells from races of the dragon, though it mabye can learn a few with advanced learning. Archivist can learn all power word spells that are available as divine spell, prolly via domain spells. But same goes here, I don't think the lower level power word spells are available in a divine version. Playing sorcerer and choosing spells in the direction you mention seems easiest. Truenamer (tome of magic) fits the concept quite well also, though its a rather weak class that requirers heavy optimization. Feat suggestion: go for fly by attack, it's too good to pass up. That's all I can say based on the info you gave so far.
