Hi i was wondering if anyone archived the exact build that Otto the Bugbear had.
It was posted in a semi-working thread that it was 302 AC i found it on this thread community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/758...
I looked around on google, and other sites and all i found was broken links please help me so people don't think i'm bluffing 
Good point... I think I made something that could be qualified as a decent achievement at the BG's board with a an AC of 230 or so with no items whatsoever. I wonder how much I could abuse the current rules to get a better number...

Keep in mind he's using some highly dubious rulings.
The broadswords provide the same bonus and shouldn't stack.
His Bellflower tactic doesn't work. The enhancement bonuses are same source and simply put, do not stack. The last one would merely overwrite the first one. Stacking also means that having a Cloak of Cha on isn't going to help you, because source/enhancement bonus means it can't stack with the Bellflower effect, and he's stacking it.
So, the Bellflower bonuses are far, far less then he's using.
As for hitting this character...make him flat-footed (eliminates all dex/dodge bonuses) and smack him with Penetrate Magical Defenses, the feat. All spells that provide an AC bonus go away, and since pretty much all he has are spells doing this, they all get ignored and go away (which destroys most of his stat bonuses, for example).
Alternately, just walk up to him in an Anti-magic shell.
