Jan 09, 2009 23:08:42		Once again I prove that my google-fu is an art that is lacking in the most extreme; I'm looking for a feat whose name I cannot recall, but I remember this:
it gives you a few power points and you can manifest a single power, without the need to have a manifesting class.

Or am I totally wrong and just conjuring things out of my mind
