First of all i apologize about my poor english.
Second of all, this Character will be my next pc in a campaign.
My intent it's to create a dualism between the pc and his cohort.
I would play a wizard generalist5/MageArcaneOrder4/IofTSVeils7/MAOx.

I'm thinking about a wizard or sorceror for the cohort, in fact my intent it's to use it to transfer his power from his master (my pc) from feats, spells or variant...i don't know,so i'm here asking.

There's something that can improve this partnership ? Steal lifepoint, spells, buffing from the cohort ?

I'm really sorry for my english, i wish you will answer my questions. I have no problem reading english ;)

A couple of levels of incantatrix are good for enhancing your own spells.  I also like bardic music for the Doomspeak feat-- a -10 to saves based on a DC save equal to perform is quite useful.

it's not enough, and i don't want bard lvls.

There's some feats? spells , that can aid in my project ?
I was thinking about spellthief/wiz/unseen seer/incantatrix...
or the build proposed from master spellthief 's handbook with the beguiler & UMagus.

No need for bard levels actually.  I went with a build like this when I created one for my wizard:

Class Build:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Level | Class | Feats/Abilities | BAB | HP
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Level 1: Sorcerer Extend Spell, [Draconic Heritage (Song)]
Level 2: Sorcerer
Level 3: Sorcerer Draconic Aura
Level 4: Sorcerer
Level 5: Sorcerer |Iron Will - Otyugh Hole|
Level 6: Incantatrix Improved Counterspell, [Heighten Spell]
Level 7: Incantatrix |Skill Focus (Perform) - Heward's Hall|
Level 8: Spellsinger
Level 9: Spellsinger Doomspeak
Level 10: Spellsinger
Level 11: Spellsinger
Level 12: Spellsinger Extra Music
Level 13: Incantatrix
Level 14: Incantatrix [Metamagic]
Level 15: Incantatrix Practical Metamagic (Heighten)
Level 16: Incantatrix
Level 17: Incantatrix [Metamagic]
Level 18: Incantatrix Reactive Counterspell
Level 19: Incantatrix
Level 20: Incantatrix [Metamagic]
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Class Abilities:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 - Familiar
6 - Bonus metamagic feat, focused study
7 - Cooperative metamagic
8 - Bardic music, compelling song, spellsong
10 - Improved countersong
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How are you getting 3rd level spells by level 5 sorcerer?

Made a mistake when I was rearranging levels to try and fit in Heward's Hall as a prerequisite for Spellsinger to reduce the feat requirements.  You would need either another level of sorcerer or to rearrange feats a bit and actually take Spell Focus (Perform).

Actually I think Psionics works towards this a bit more (if your not set on your classes yet).

You could have something like a Psion or a Erudite or some Pure Psionicist and then a Psi-Warrior with lots of HP and stuff.

Then there are spells where you can share HPs and such. A few you can share wounds with willing target, give buffs, plus add Vampiric weapon for the warrior to gain back the HP, not a bad combo.

I'm sure someone has to have done/worked this up before, but look at the psionic powers, lots of them in there that I think are what you are thinking. Also The Erudite I think has the ability to learn any spell as a power or something like that (IIRC).

But again others are better at this than me.

Thanks for your advices Syrkres, but i have said i'm not searching for PSIONICS characters.
Only Wizard or Sorcerers.

I still advise Wizard instead of Sorcerer.  For example, Wiz5/Incantatrix3/Veil7 can prepare for general encounters and more niche circumstances than a Sorcerer.

As for a plain ol' Sorcerer, going Sor6/Incantatrix10 is standard if allowed.
