#2 gorfnad_the_shiznit Nov 08, 2009 14:38:19	Well first you loose out on 5 caster levels which is never a good thing. And second the Acolyte's abilities really are not worth it. I suggest reading through this thread to get a better understanding of how to build a decent warlock. Warlock Information Comilation My usual build suggestion for a Warlock is Warlock 4/ Binder 1/ Ur-Priest 2/ Eldritch Disciple 10/ Hellfire Warlock 3.

If it was still around and in functional shape, I would feel free to tell people like this that the cardinal rule of asking questions here is to make sure you have examined the work already done on the subject. Alas, that work is no longer easy for a new person to find, so we are forced to actually answer and provide links ourselves. Curse WotC and their new forums!
