| #1stalos_Mar 10, 2009 2:50:05 | HI everyone So sometime here in the future, I a going to start a new campaign, and after discussing the daggerspell shaper with my DM he agreed that it should stack with druid levels for the purposes of HD in wildshape. So, with the fatal flaw in this class fixed, I now have to start putting something together. Here is what I am thinking. my Dm is using a custom point buy, and with it I can get these stats. I plan on using 1 level of monk with the racial substitution for halflings to get skimish damage, and then druid the rest of the way til I go for the prestige class. And a final note, I plan on taking the PrC to ten, and then my DM and I will work out some continued progress that I can start immediately. He is a nice guy. My DM will allow most books, but nothing from Eberron. This campaign will be loosely set in Forgotten realms. And forgive me for the lack of good formatting, I know not how to do it. Ghostwise/strongheart Halfling Str 8, Dex 10, Con 18, Int 12, Wisdom 18, Cha 10. 1: monk (TWF, improved grapple, maybe one free feat) 2: druid 1 3: druid 2(weapon focus dagger) 4: druid 3 5: druid 4 6: druid 5 (natural spell) 7: daggerspell shaper 8: etc. 9: etc. etc. So I have a few general questions. Any suggestions on good feats. I am thinking about taking savage grapple and then grappling non-stop in tiger or bear form. I have considered multi attack just because my BaB won't be great. Hell, stunning fist might even be an option on top of improved grapple since my Wisdom will be seriously High the DC will scale nicely, and a stunned opponent will be ready for sneak attack. Also, with my DM's point buy system, i could reduce my CHA by 2 and put it into INT, think its a good idea? One last question, my DM is also allowing me to take one skill at character creation and make it a permanent class skill, but before you even say it UMD is not allowed. So then, I can't think of any, but slight of hand sounded fun. Wildshape into a tiny bird and pick someone's pocket. Any general advice, tips, or tricks would be helpful Thanks! Stalos |

The Aberrant Blood feat can get you another +3 to grapple, and then the inhuman reach one with it as a prerequisite gives you +5ft reach. Aberrant wildshape, frozen wildshape from Frostburn, and dragon wildshape from the draconomicon are also fun options. Ghostwise/strongheart Halfling Str 8, Dex 10, Con 18, Int 12, Wisdom 18, Cha 10. 1: monk (TWF, improved grapple, aberrant blood (grapple)) 2: druid 1 3: druid 2(weapon focus dagger) 4: druid 3 5: druid 4 6: druid 5 (natural spell) 7: daggerspell shaper 8: etc. 9: etc. savage grapple 12: aberrant wildshape 15: aberrant reach 18: Craven |
