It's not hard to find.

It's from Alderac (AEG)'s feat book (third party, from a publisher who doesn't really have a reputation as a developer) which shows why it's as horribly broken as it is. (It's a +1 metamagic that changes personal spells to touch.)

Ditto for the "metaphysical shaper", by the way - it's from the Book of Erotic Fantasy, which is also third party. (The class has been described as "Incantrix on crack, in only three levels, available to wizards and clerics.")

If you're looking for advice on third-party books, go to their sites, rather than WotC's. We complain about WotC a lot, but they really did a good job on their development, preventing the game from exploding on its face. I cannot say the same for most third-party publishers (although there are a few really good ones out there).

I thought about breaking the incantrix, but where would the fun in that be.

It's more of a challenge than breaking the metaphysical spellshaper.
