Hi people, I want to know if I can use the armored mage alternative class and variant fighter: thug on my new fighter character? I want to make a fighter5/chameleon10/any5, take 1 flaw to get city slicker and add able learner. If you have any good idea for my build pls tell me.

Nothing stops you from combining things like this.

However, I would strongly suggest doing something other than Fighter 5 - not only is that a bad entry (dead level), it doesn't have Bluff or Disguise as class skills. Able Learner lets you buy the skills at 1:1, but does not let you exceed cross-class rank limits. Thus, a 5th level fighter could only have 4 ranks in all four required skills - Able Learner just lets him spend just 16 skill points to do that (affordable by any Fighter 5 without an Intelligence penalty) instead of 32 (requires 14 Intelligence, or 12 and Human, and that's all your skills right there).

I would strongly suggest, instead, the Factotum from Dungeonscape. It's a base-class chameleon of sorts that still combines quite well with Chameleon, and while it looks rogue-like, it's not hard to play it like a fighter-type (you can even blend in levels of Fighter and it'll work too.)
