There is a feat called Adaptable flanker in Players handbook 2.
Basically you get to count as being in both your current square and a square you threaten for the purposes of flanking for yourself and your allies.

Pondering here is how to flank with youself.
With a spiked chain, if you are right next to a person you threaten from one side, but while the other side of the person is in reach, you don't threaten there because it has cover(correct me if im wrong).

So the question is, how to get it anyway.
Is there a feat to ignore said cover, or threaten into cover?

Otherwise technically if you make yourself larger than medium this is not too difficult, i think.

This has been disallowed in the FAQ, if you choose to believe that the guy who wrote the FAQ even knew what he was talking about.  Actually, in this case, I'm inclined to agree.  Its not hard to qualify for SA at just about any level.
