Another stupid question on enchantments

So, say I wanted to buy a +1 Keen Longsword of Mighty Cleaving.  This weapon has a +3 enchantement bonus.  So do I purchase it at the +3 equivalent price?  Or do I purchase it at the +1 bonus price?


In MIC, there's abilities such as Everbright (2,000 gp).  How is this figured into the price?

I know if you get a ability like folded metal (I think that's the same kind of thing as everbright) you just add the price on top of the enchantment.

I don't know the cost of Mightly Cleaving. Assuming it and keen are both +1 equivalents, this costs the same as a +3 sword.

You just add it on top of the cost calculated above. If you have multiple abilities that add a flat cost, you just add them all together on top of the cost based on the equivalent enhancement value.
