My DM is allowing me to apply the Anthropomorphic template to an albatross and play the following character in a Pirate adventure.

Anthropomorphic Albatross (race)
HD: by character Class
Size + Type: medium monstrous humanoid
Movement: 30' (6 squares); Fly 25' (poor)
Abilities: STR -4, Dex +2, CON +0, INT +0, Wis +4, CHA -4; use the 39
point buy and then adjust the scores.
Natural Attack: Bite 1d3
Special Qualities: Low-Light Vision, Dark Vision 60'
Favored Class: Rogue
LA: +0

Starting Level 4
39 Point Buy
Allowed 2 Flaws
+2 Skill points per level
Balance and Profession (Sailor) class skills for all classes /PrCs
5500GP no item over 2000
Action Points are in

So I'm playing this awesome character concept that I really like and I'm probably going to go Druid 20 (Divine Spellcasting is important to me) with it so not looking for anything super broken.

I could just use some help with the Feat/Flaw selection (I'm a little rusty and never played a druid), all I know is to take Natural Spell at level 6.

Starting Stats (subject to change are)
Str 10
Dex 13
Con 16
Int 12
Wis 22
Cha 4

I'm not sure about the charisma, it's going to be wierd to roleplay (I've never had a stat below 6 before lol). Edit: I hate getting encumbered by gear so I had to spend a lot of points getting str up to 10.

Alternatively I could go with really low physical stats except for CON and just wander around encumbered all the time for a couple levels.

What I'm looking for is advice for
1: Druid feat (Perhaps Spell Focus:Conjuration) (augment summoning/Claustrophobic) and (Spellcasting Prodigy/Estranged)
2: Druid
3: Druid Feat (Extend Spell)
4 Druid +Wisdom

So my questions are,
how are my starting stats?
Is my feat selection Absurdly outdated and underpowered?

You definitely don't need a 10 Str as a Druid. Use summon spells and your animal companion in place of doing any combat yourself past 1st level (and use battlefield control spells, too, even at 1st). When you get Wildshape, spend ALL your time in a stronger form.

Feat selection looks fine. Make sure you take Natural Spell at 6th.

But what about just carrying my stuff and armor?

Should I just not wear armor and fly out of reach and summon things/heal till I can Wildshape?

Also Spell Selection is something that I know nothing about, all source books are in so I suppose I'll just look over the Indexes of druid spells

Edit: Equipment too, No item over 2k means no periapt of wisdom +2 and no monk's belt

Double Edit

1: Druid1
2: Druid2
3: Druid3
4: Druid4
5: Druid5
6: Druid6
7: Nature's Warrior
8: Nature's Warrior
9: Warshaper
10: Warshaper
11: Warshaper
12: Warshaper
13: Warshaper
14:Druid7
15: Druid8
16: Druid9
17: Druid10
18: Druid11
19: Druid12
20: Druid13

That puts my caster level at 14 which is pretty weak since that means no 9th level spells. What should I drop, a couple levels of warshaper or all of nature's warrior or should I just go ahead with 20 levels of druid?
