| #1thecasualoblivionMar 15, 2008 14:23:44 | I'm joining a new game next Friday. Its going to be an "up against the hordes of undead" campaign set in a homebrew campaign world, with heavy use of Libris Mortis. We'll be starting at level 5. We discussed party composition, and I volunteered to be the Cleric since nobody else wanted to be. I was looking at the info on this board, and didn't really find any of the Cleric Handbooks useful. I'm really not that familiar with being the Cleric class, as I usually play Gishes, Warlocks, and melee fighters using Tome of Battle. Given that this is an undead heavy campaign, Divine Metamagic is likely to be a little less of a choice. Radiant Servant of Pelor also seems like an obvious direction to head in. I'm not really sure whether to use melee combat feats or whatever. I guess what I'm really looking for is race/feat info, spell recommendations, and whatever. |

There's actually a thread somewhere on the boards you'll want. It was an undead slaying contest. Check that out. Ahh, here it is. October 2004 CO Contest Also, if you don't want to just turn undead only, check out Knight of the Raven (Expedition to Ravenloft). I'd argue that it's better than RSoP, depending on what you want to do. Also, get one nightstick (LM). More if you want to abuse it and upset your DM. Reliquary Holy Symbol too, (MIC). |
