Divine bards. There's also a Cleric option where you lose one domain and get to add a Wiz spell of your choice to your list for each level.

That being said, the Archivist is effectively a divine wizard, so....

There are a bunch of arcane-to-divine tricks that essentially give Archivists access to every spell in the game.  Geomancer, Southern Magician (IIRC).

Then, there're, Divine Bard, Adept (good list), Shugenja (a smattering of normally arcane toys), piles and piles of divine PrCs...

Really, the Archivist's power is so obscene that you really need to talk with your DM about it.

You can also have a warlock use Deceive Item to make scrolls for you, use Any Spell to cast spells to make scrolls to then scribe into your book, etc.

Alternative spell source is a dragon magazine feat that also allows for the conversion of spells from arcane to divine.

Now using this or any of the above examples, it is clear any spell can be made arcane or divine.  So starting from that idea, you really want to be a good archvist.  If you have access to the book of exalted deeds, you can take the feat ancestral relic.  With this feat you designate one object as your relic and you can sacrifice magic items, gp, or even mundane items to enchant it further.  The max value the item can reach is level based and 1/2 the standard wealth value listed in the DMG based on your level.  But note if you sac a magic item worth 10,000gp, you get 10,000gp worth of enchantment, so you are effectively selling at full price.

So for your relic, take a baccob's blessed book.  You sacrifice wealth to write a scroll into the book for the spell you want and then copy it over into the book.  Even better, once you read the scroll the value of the book drops so you can repeat the process.  It is nice at high levels to also enchant with inherent bonuses, once read, the value of the book drops.  This allows you access to every spell in the game without the need of another character or market place.

A warlock cohort also works as stated above.  If you are human, you could also dip into chameleon for 2 levels.  At 2nd level you get a feat that you can change every day.  Just pick up extra spell known each day for the spell you want and copy it into your book.  Not as streamlined as ancestral relic, but you dont have to be good, just human.

i knew most of the tricks to get the spells to my spell list what i am looking for is some way to get an archivist to qualify for arcane casting prcs witch i dont think just being able to cast a spell thats normally arcane as divine does.

think along the line of the capstone ability for rainbow servant but in reverse
