This character is human ( yes an other one :D ; I like human ) he a decended of a red shadow dragon so he have the dragonblooded variant from race of dragon.
Here the thing I was trying to make a powerful mage without overpower build like *gish* or like build that break the system ( I don't want to say that there suck or anything of the sort ) It because we're gonna played a traditional game but with the *dandwiki* here the link http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page if you want to see it every feat,spell,class are allow except for the 8bit class.
The book that are allowed are every one ( please write down from what book you have taking to class,feat,spell... )
No template allowed until 21st lvl ( yeah crazy DM, in a good way :D )
Important stuff to know
Dragonic heritage and the feat that allowed no psionic race to be psionic is a DM bonus feat at 1st lvl
flaw are allowed, this character have family curse from dandwiki homebrew flaw.
This character can have psionic class but I pefer to have at least 2 know 9th lv spell.
The dragon heritage is also treated as Dragonic bloodline ( from dandwiki ) because this character have Enhanced Draconic Bloodline

and am seeking out the feat that make touch spell into ranged touch. my friend told me this feat exist somewhere . can some one tell me if it exist or not thank after that you can close the post
