#1 alastordracul Sep 04, 2011 9:46:02	So my DM has asked me to play a temple guard of some sorts. He had a bad knee jerk reaction to the previous character I had posted earlier so I want to do this as some sort of arcane caster setup. I have 2 ideas so far.      The first is a sorcerer/cleric into war weaver. I have been reading the war weaver handbook and have some good ideas. My biggest question about it is if there is any way to use divine spells with arcane fusion.      My second idea is a ray specailist of sorts going into spellwarped sniper. I have done this as a sorcerer before, but the latter spell level makes it pretty hard to get into incatrix fully as a gestalt character. As for feats a few I'm looking into are ray focus, ray coning, and ray busrt. Coning and busrt add a little utility to the single target ray spells by making the AoE. As far as the other half I only need to get 1d6 of sneak attack from it so I am open to any suggestions.
#2 sirpercival Sep 05, 2011 5:52:51	I'm not sure how much the flavor matter to you, but personally I don't get "temple guard" from war weaver.  What kind of temple?  That makes a big difference temple-wise.  Also, what level?  What books?  What stats?
#3 alastordracul Sep 05, 2011 6:46:33	Sorry about that. Its epic gestalt. All he told me was that he wants my character to guard a statue. In hindsight it was unnecessary. I don't care what books are used as long as they have that nice WotC logo in them. I don't have stats rolled, but I can make things work. My current race of choice is the lesser aasimar, but it can be changed.
