May 21, 2008 20:08:20 Assume I'm a multiclassed grey elf artificer1/wizard1 with 20 INT, the Scribe Scroll feat, and enough UMD to reliably make the appropriate UMD checks. Web is a L2 wizard spell that appears on my wizard list since I didn't ban conjuration. If I use artificer to make a web scroll at CL3, can I add it to my spellbook? If not, why?

The artificer scrolls can be used by any class with the requisite spell on their spell list, so yes, you wizard would be capable of scribing it into his spell book.

No, that's not true. To use a scroll, you need to have the spell on your spell list, and the scroll has to be of the right type (arcane or divine). Check the EbCS errata, Artificer made scolls are of neither type, and no one can use them without UMD.
