As many feats as you like!

Playing in a variant campaign, I'm in a situation where the GM gives us a level every couple of months for HP, BAB and class features, and we are assigned XP on a weekly basis which can be spent on skill points, adding to die rolls and... feats. Although a feat costs 4-5 weeks worth of XP there is just something in me that means I have to spend vast amounts of XP on this (and spending more XP on other feats to boot-strap skills too).

Campaign is fairly low-magic.

So... given that I am playing a non-spellcasting TWFing sneak-attacking nautical type, what would you do, given the options? Book of NS stuff is firmly 'no'. I'm also looking for classes which are both viable from an RP perspective (on a ship, sailing between islands) and offer a good mix of features, BAB and SA. I was thinking of sitting through Tempest, but my feet are already itchy. Remember: No Skill points, so going back to Rog is a bit of a waste.

The current build is:

Rog 3 (with 1/2 SA vs undead)
Thief Acrobat 4
Exemplar 1 (bonus applied to Prof: Sailor)
Swash 3
Tempest 1

Feats:

Dodge, mobility, spring attack, Agile athlete, skill focus: Prof sailor, TWF, Imp TWF, Elusive target, Power crit: rapier, WF: rapier, Exotic Prof: Pistol, Daring outlaw, Exotic prof: Kama*

*And let me tell you, in a low-magic game where you can buy feats and find a +4 kama of frost and flaming burst, YOU'D buy it too!

Skills of note are prof:sailor, climb, jump, balance, tumble, use rope and a few knowledge skills.

Edit: Magic items: Kama of DOOM, +1 keen rapier, +2 padded armour, a pistol (with unending powder bag), sword of the planes, and the ability to create a 10 round +6AC barkskin effect once per day.
