Ashworm Dragoon build

Jul 28, 2008 19:21:13 After some pretty simple Google searching i came across a decent Ashworm Dragoon build that im, going to try and use in a new campaign i'm starting, the build is:

Paladin 1- Mounted Combat, Aura of Good, Smite Evil 1/day
Paladin 2- Divine Grace, Lay on hands
Paladin 3- Ride-by attack, Aura of Courage, Divine Health
Paladin 4- Turn Undead
Paladin 5- Special mount, Smite Evil
Beastmaster 1- Track
Ashworm Dragoon 1-
Ashworm Dragoon 2-(bonus feat)
Ashworm Dragoon 3- Devoted Tracker
Ashworm Dragoon 4-
Ashworm Dragoon 5-
Ashworm Dragoon 6- Natural Bond
Ashworm Dragoon 7-
Ashworm Dragoon 8-
Ashworm Dragoon 9-(free feat)(+Bonus feat)
Ashworm Dragoon 10-
Wild Plains Outrider 1-
Wild Plains Outrider 2-(free)
Uncanny Trickster 1-
Uncanny Trickster 2- +1 Ashworm Dragoon advancement

My question is, is there any viable way of replacing the paladin levels with fighter, but still retaining a special mount through any means so that the mount progression still happens.

Jul 28, 2008 21:38:51 For the Uncanny Trickster + level dependent things, I don't think it works after you've maxed out your benefits for that class.

Human - Improved Initiative
Fighter 1 - Mounted Combat, Weapon Focus (Lance)
Fighter 2 - Ride-By Attack
Fighter 3 - Skill Focus (Handle Animal)
Fighter 4 - Bonus feat
Fighter 5
Beastmaster 1 - Track
Ashworm Dagoon 1
Ashworm Dagoon 2 - Improved Critical
Ashworm Dagoon 3 - feat
Ashworm Dagoon 4
Ashworm Dagoon 5 - Trample
Ashworm Dagoon 6 - Natural Bond
Ashworm Dagoon 7
Ashworm Dagoon 8
Ashworm Dagoon 9 - feat, Bonus feat
Ashworm Dagoon 10
Wild Plains Outrider 1
Wild Plains Outrider 2 - feat
Wild Plains Outrider 3
Fighter 6 - Bonus feat

I just need to find a way, if at all possible to gain a special mount so that my Ashworm gains the HD and AC of a paladins normal special mount.
