Augment Healing feat?

I was wondering how the spell mass lesser vigor would work with the augment healing feat. (Both come from Complete Divine pg 79 for the feat & pg 186 for the spell.)

I think it would work as fast healing 7 hp for the duration of the spell and a friend of mine believes I'd only get the benefit of the feat for 1 round or the initial casting of the spell and not the whole spell duration.

What do the experts think? Heck, can I even use the feat on the spell I believe I can, but I've been known to screw up the whole RAW/RAI stuff.

Oct 15, 2008 12:47:54 You'd get +2 points of healing per spell level once, and not over the duration, by RAW. So for Mass Lessor Vigor, you get Fast Healing 7 for 1 round, then Fast Healing 1 for the additional rounds.

Oct 15, 2008 12:48:06 youd only get the benefit at the initial casting. the feat does not add to "fast healing," it adds to "damage healed," which for the vigor spell line is 0.
