| #1linkrulesx10Jun 20, 2010 10:53:58 | Heya I am making a new 3.5 character and thought I would seek help on how to best accomplish a few Ideas I have: Beguilar/True Speech: In this case I would be taking fiendbinder PrC whilst being a beguilar and getting a small amount of truespeech training through feats. The issue with this is that the beguilar does not know summon monster 4 which is a requirement for entry to the PrC. Beguilar/Incarnate: This case would be beguilar with a couple of levels in incarnate and then the arcane/incarnum PrC, this will hinder spell progression and remove 9th level spells but I cant seem to find an equivalent trade off that is worth the sacrifice to make incarnum worth it despite being an interesting sytem. These are my ideas so far I would like any input. Thanks, have a nice day |
| #2waazraathJun 20, 2010 11:58:53 | You seem to want to play a beguiler/something, judging from your post. Maybe beguilder/anima mage? That requires only 1 level of binder, and gives very good metamagic options. If you're not set on the beguiler, you can go for a wizard (conjurer)/fiendbinder: still access to lvl 9 spells at character level 20, intelligence synergy for truespeak checks, good alternate class features for wizard. |
