Just curious, has anybody here experience with the blood in the water stance (+1 to hit and dam for every crit, up to 1 minute after the last crit you scored)? At higher levels, with a crit modifier from 15-20 and with 2 weapon fighting, it could be pretty awesome I guess. But for a lot of these builds, it has to compete with assasins stance/shadow hand feat, for +2d6 + dex to damage.... which is really nice as well.

So, any experiences, ideas, maybe even math?

While I'm still reading my way through hundreds of pages ToB tips and tricks, where I might find more answers to this question, I still hope anybody has any thoughts on this!

Duel weild two aptitude weapons with 18-20 critical range, then find ways to get extra attacks or improve the critical range.  For extra attacks, I like GTWF (SRD), Dancing/Raging Mongoose (ToB), Time Stands Still (ToB), Island in Time (ToB), Lightning Maces (CW), Roundabout Kick (CW), and a Belt of Battle (MIC).  For increasing crit range, try Improved Critical (SRD), Disciple of Dispater (BoVD), kaorti resin, and a bunch of 3.0 stuff that your DM shouldn't allow.

Even a simple JPM with a falchion can get a rather decent damage boost in short order, especially with dolorous blow. I seem to recall the boost hitting it's teens in a single combat, in actual game.

Mhhh, one more question related to this stance: is there anywhere in the rules anything that would prevent me from beating the crap out of 1) my fast healing partymember 2) the regenerating troll that my party drags in chains with us 3) the enless supply of aliens my binder partymember summoned?

If not, blood in the water would give a continous +much/+much on damage and to hit, right? Assuming a build with many attacks and almost automatic threat = crit mechanics (which I'm working on), you'd just need 1 in every 10 rounds on average to keep the stance powered.

RAW, yes. Training Dummying should work. That being said, it's not practical to assume so, as no sane DM will allow it.
