My DM has granted me a bonus Focus feat, and I need help deciding which one to take. He's a little background:

Setting is FR, Cormyr - homebrew.
Starting at level 2.
Wild Elf Cleric of Fenmarel Mestarine
Elf and Travel Domains
His role is obviously artillery and healing -- also party buffing (not necessarily self-buffing).

STATS:
12 Str
18 Dex
12 Con
12 Int
16 Wis
12 Cha

FEATS:
Point Blank Shot (Elf domain bonus)
Precise Shot
Rapid Shot
Luck of Heroes (bonus regional)
Extend Spell
Persistent Spell (bonus - the DM subscribes to Andy Collins' concept of generous feats)

FLAWS:
Noncombatant
Elven Pride of Arms

TRAITS:
Specialized (poisonmaking)
Aggressive

Here are the bonus Focus feats I have to choose from:

Combat Focus
Divine Energy Focus
Domain Focus
Skill Focus
Spell Focus
Weapon Focus

Wait, where are combat and divine energy focus from, and what books are allowed?

Also, regional feats are not bonus. You can choose them instead of another 1st level feat.

Combat Focus = PHB2

Divine Energy Focus
Type: General
Source: Ghostwalk
You have a gift for channeling positive or negative energy.
Prerequisite: Ability to turn or rebuke undead, Cha 13.
Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus on turning checks and turning damage rolls. Treat your cleric level as two higher than normal for the purpose of determining if you destroy or command undead rather than just turning or rebuking them.

All books are allowed (even 3rd party and 3.0, if approved).

Also, regional feats are not bonus. You can choose them instead of another 1st level feat.

RAW, yes. In my DM's campaign, it's a bonus.
