Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help on building a new character--a solid divine team player/booster for the party. I'm trying to avoid a CoDzilla. I want him to focus on buffs and misc. magic, rather on anything obviously offensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Books that I can use: PHB, DMG, MM I, PHB II, Complete Series, Book of Exalted Deeds.

Race: PHB only. Human preferred.

Class: I don't want to play a Druid, but any other is fair game.
Ability Scores: Point buy, 32 pts.

Alignment: MUST be good. This is a campaign requirement.

Concept: Highly focused team player, who specialize in assisting/buffing/healing party members either directly (bless, cure, etc.) or indirectly, through environment manipulation, divinations, and other utility magics.
Other things: Hrr....the campaign is currently a "plane hopping" scenario, though we're not sure how much longer this will last. Other members of the party are: A Human Scout, Human Fighter (shield specialist), Human Bard, and a Human Sorcerer (focuses on blasting and direct damage spells). All are level 14.

I'm not sure I want to go straight divine, or try a Mystic Theurge, Thaumaturgist, or some other combo I haven't really thought about. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Reach Spell and Divine Metamagic Chain Spell will let you hit everyone in your party with a single casting of both touch range and single target spells. So Greater Magic Weapon and Magic Vestment for everyone!

On top of reach/DMM Chain as PhaedrusXY suggested, might I add DMM: Persist and Dweomerkeeper. While these two can build a CoDZilla, if you focus on persisting buffs for the party, you can make 4 buffs affect the whole party, last all day, and be supernatural so they can't be dispelled. Your party will LOVE you.

...you can't persist spells unless they target yourself

Not true. Go read the feat.

It is debateable what can and can't be persisted. I don't think Touch range spells can generally (a 3.0 FAQ said this), but if you use Reach Spell on them first, I think they qualify. Not everyone agrees. So it is important to talk it over with your DM.

There are good buffs that can affect the entire party that are legit even with the strictest DMs, though. Mass Lesser Vigor has been stated to be Persistable in the FAQ, and it gives the whole party Fast Healing 1.

imbued healing + a good domain from that list is great.
It's a feat from complete champion.
